As early childhood educators, we create a positive shift in the foundation of early learning. Our child care centers provide a professional, reliable early childhood environment that families trust. As we put the C.H.I.L.D. F.I.R.S.T., we consider the Family of each of our enrolled children a huge part of our team, too.
We value learning
As ECE professionals, our team understands that learning does not stop during childhood. Our teachers are provided many opportunities throughout the school year to participate in several training and professional development conferences and classes. Teachers that aspire to achieve a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential are supported through the application process, and offered scholarship opportunities to complete the coursework at little to no cost.

Celebrate Your Wins
Teachers deserve recognition and celebration for their award-winning service. We honor our teachers at each location annually with our Teacher of the Year award. We also host formal events to celebrate milestones, highlight achievements, and show appreciation for the incredible work our educators do every day. These are opportunities for staff, families, and community partners to come together to celebrate the educators who make Academic Explorers a truly special place to learn.
Building Beyond The Classroom
We appreciate the talents and interests of our team beyond their classroom experience. This is why we host a monthly book club to encourage personal growth, spark meaningful conversations, and strengthen connections among our educators.

In addition to our optional team retreats, where we travel to new destinations to learn and play as a group, we also enjoy team-building activities locally. These experiences give our staff the chance to recharge, connect outside of the classroom, and strengthen relationships across all centers. From paint nights and dinners to workshops and wellness events, our gatherings are designed to blend fun with purpose. We believe that when our team feels supported, inspired, and connected, that same positive energy carries over into the classrooms and the children we serve every day.
